"Post Modern Girls" is a demo of what would later become the track "Modern Girls & Old Fashion Men" by Regina Spektor and the Strokes, released on the single Reptilia / Modern Girls & Old Fashion Men on 2004-02-09. Little is known about the demo, other than it was released on a CDr which was given to publishing companies and features a different title and noticably different mix than "Modern Girls and Old Fashion Men". Other than these differences, the songs are largely the same.
