Hi all! It's been a little while since our last update, but we have quite a lot to share this time around! So what's new?
Well to kick things off, Spektor's Thesaurus got an official shout-out via Regina's newsletter last April. How cool is that?! Thanks Regina!
You can find a copy of the full newsletter here
Since then, the 2024 "An Evening with Regina Spektor" tour has come and gone. This East Coast tour was short and sweet with great sets and some small surprises (first performance of Chemo Limo in 19 years!). You can still get some of the tour merch online, so see what you can snag here!
We've just published audio bootlegs, video links, posters, and photos for the tour here. Very exciting, as we managed to get full audio bootlegs in Albany, Philly, Montclair, and Stamford, as well as partial bootlegs for most of the other shows! Thank you to EVERYONE who contributed, especially mandy, peachie, and the OG himself srg (who we all know and love from reginaspektor.net), as well as many others! Thank you!!
And what's this? Spektor's Thesaurus received a very special shout-out at the Montclair show. You can find the full bootleg here (make sure to download the .zip for the full show including all the banter and shout-outs). Yours truly and Screwup may have even met the subject of this site herself...hopefully more to come on that in the future!
In addition to the 2024 shows, we also finally got an audio bootleg up from Regina's performance with Billy Joel on New Year's Eve 2023. They even did a song together! Awesome. Check it out here.
Thanks to a recent post from reginaspekor.net, we've been able update the partial audio bootleg for DECLASSIFIED Ben Folds Presents Regina Spektor & Caleb Teicher Live at The Kennedy Center from 2018-11-02. This new bootleg includes additional performances by Regina and the National Symphony Orchestra of "Prisoners", "Eet", and "Obsolete", which we previously didn't have. Definitely worth checking out, as these are truly one-of-a-kind performances!
And finally, our ever-expanding database of fan-created sheet music...continues to expand! "Tornadoland", "The One Who Stayed and the One Who Left", "Another Town", and a new version of "Coin" have all been posted and are available here. Thanks so much to mandy and Sushi for their continued efforts!!
Okay! That's all for now. We'll keep chugging away on the next major site update, but we'll be back in the event of any major fun or announcements. Stay safe and stay well!
-fool P.S. srg stopped by and clued us into a bunch of missing stuff! Thanks so much srg! So some random bits and bobs we've updated:
